I work diligently with my clients to help them achieve their goals and the changes they want to make in their lives. My career focuses on fostering autonomy and self-determination in individuals or families.

I followed a systemic approach to therapy that provides insight into the various forces affecting our daily lives. Apart from this, I also offer a holistic understanding of the stressors we face and how overbearing they can be.

My goal is to provide my clients with a place where they can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their identities. Also, I strive to make my patients comfortable by discussing difficult topics while prioritizing their safety.

I have been privileged enough to work and excel in different settings throughout my career. My primary specialty is working with teens, adults and older adults. I use evidence-based techniques to promote personal understanding and acceptance. Furthermore, I have significant experience working with individuals with mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder and hoarding disorder.

I am bilingual in Spanish and English and my experience as a community social worker has honed my communication skills.
